ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • Where is my order?

    As soon as we have packed and shipped your order you will receive an email with a tracking link from the freight company used to ship your order. We use different freight companies depending on where you live to ensure we deliver your package as fast as possible.

  • Can i change items in my order?

    After you have completed your order we cannot change items in the order. If you do not want to keep the purchased items you can return the items to us.

  • Did my order go through?

    You should receive a confirmation email with order details after you have completed the order. If you did not get the confirmation email please check you junk/spam inbox. If you still can´t find the confirmation email please contact us through the contact form which is located at the bottom of the website.

  • The purchase didn´t go through but i got charged?

    If you got charged but the order did not go through please contact us through the contact form which is located at the bottom of the website.

  • When do i get my money back after a return?

    After you have made a return we will do a refund as soon as the package have been shipped back to our warehouse and we have checked that the items are in good condition. Please note that it can take up to 14 days or more before we do the refund depending on where the return was shipped from.

  • How long is the delivery time?

    The delivery time varies depending on which country you order from, as soon as the carrier picks up your package you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • How much does the delivery cost?

    The delivery fee is calculated in the checkout after you fill in your shipping/billing adress.

  • What if my item is faulty?

    If you have received a damaged item or not the ordered item please contact us through the contact form which is located at the bottom of this website.

  • When will i be charged?

    You will be charged at the time of checkout. When an order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation outlining the charges. If you do not receive a confirmation email but were charged, please contact us so that we can follow up on this for you.

  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship to Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands and United states.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We offer a few different options depending on local taxes in our supported destinations, and these can be viewed at the time of checkout.

  • What are your payment methods?

    We offer a few different options depending on which country you order from, the options available can be viewed at the time of checkout.

  • Can i change/cancel my order?

    Once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit the address or modify the items in the order. Please make sure all of your information is correct before placing your order. If you have any questions, reach out to us on our contact form.

  • Where can i find my tracking?

    We will email you the tracking number for your package once it leaves our warehouse.

  • What if my package got returned to sender?

    If your package has been returned to sender, we are unable to reship any returned packages. We will repay you the amount of the products ordered (not the shipping cost) and charge you for the return shipping cost.

  • Order status?

    If you made your purchase as a registered user, you can log in to your private area and check the processing status of your order in real time.

    You will receive email notifications whenever the status of your order changes, so you can follow its processing step by step.

    If you do not receive any updates or if you need further clarification, you can contact us filling the form in the “Contact us” section below to find out the status of your order.

    For any enquiries regarding the processing status of your order, you should always indicate the order number you received by email: always keep it handy!

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGE

  • How do i make a return?
    Pack the item well in the original packaging of the product. Send it back in the same packaging it came in. Fill in the return form on the return shipping label carefully. NOTE! Returns that do not have a completed return form will not be processed/refunded. Place the return shipping label you received in your parcel on the packaging. Return the parcel to the same post office where it was delivered. Save the delivery receipt. The return costs 69kr and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. What happens after I submit my return? It usually takes a little longer to process returns, so please be patient. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund you the amount of the returned goods. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, we recommend that you pay or pause your invoice via Klarna to avoid any reminder fee if the return is delayed. Please note that we do not do manual exchanges.
  • What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?

    If you have received a damages/defective or incorrect item, reach out to us on our contact form with photos of the damage/defect or the incorrect item, as well as your order number.

    Please note: You must notify us within 30 days  of receiving your package.

  • What is your exchange policy?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to do exchanges for any purchased items. You can always make a normal return and purchase the items wanted with a new order.

    To avoid having to pay multiple shipping fees we recommend you to double check our size guides which you will find on all product pages prior to ordering.

  • I am receiving a refund for a damaged or out of stock item. When can i expect it?

    Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
