How to make a return

Pack the item well in the original packaging of the product. Send it back in the same packaging it came in.

Fill in the return form on the return shipping label carefully. NOTE! Returns that do not have a completed return form will not be processed/refunded.

Place the return shipping label you received in your parcel on the packaging. Return the parcel to the same post office where it was delivered. If you got it delivered directly to your home return the package to a post office that uses the same carrier who delivered your package. You can see what carrier was used on the return shipping label. Save the delivery receipt.

The return costs 69kr and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

What happens after I submit my return?

It usually takes a little longer to process returns, so please be patient. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund you the amount of the returned goods. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, we recommend that you pay or pause your invoice via Klarna to avoid any reminder fee if the return is delayed. Please note that we do not do manual exchanges.

To make an exchange you have to do a normal return and then create a new order with the wanted item(s).
